Dirk Fischer is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Strata Resource Group AG. With more than 15 years of experience in the precious metals sector, he oversees the company’s international portfolio of mineral exploration and development projects spanning West Africa and Canada. Mr. Fischer is the founder of Bright Continent Minerals Ltd. in Sierra Leone and the co-founder of Northbridge Venture Corp. in Canada, where he played a key role in advancing several successful resource projects. He brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive Strata’s mission of responsible, economically viable, and sustainable resource development.

Director

Stefan Küng is the Managing Director and Beneficial Owner of Swiss Wealth Solutions Limited, where he leads international commercial investments, project development, and strategic management initiatives. Mr. Küng also serves as Managing Director and Beneficial Owner of Golden Empire International FZCO and SKM Trade GmbH, and has held senior operational leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Golden Empire Legacy Limited. Mr. Küng has built a distinguished career overseeing operations in the Middle East, West Africa, and Europe. His expertise spans project management, commercial brokerage, operational leadership, and complex stakeholder negotiations. Mr. Küng holds multiple degrees, including Strategic Financial Management from the St. Gallen Business School and Mechanical Engineering from HTL Bregenz.

Director

Rolf Gaedeke serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Strata Resource Group AG. Rolf brings a seasoned understanding of physical gold as secure store of value and applies that insight directly to supporting the Board in its strategic oversight of the company’s international project portfolio. His professional background includes managing his family’s real estate business in Germany, where he developed strong competencies in asset stewardship, operational management, and long-term business development. Mr. Gaedeke pursued academic studies in music, adding a distinctive dimension to his leadership through discipline, focus, and analytical depth.
